Celebrating Success: Our Sales Team's Fajita Fiesta Experience!

April 12, 2024 will be remembered as a festive milestone for our sales team, Ricky Valencia, Robert Businelle and Mike Contreras!

The Venue. The event was held at Tri-Tech, a Houston based Engineering, Surveying and Planning company. With colorful decorations, string lights twinkling overhead, and lively music setting the tone, the scene was perfectly set for a memorable day. The open-air setting provided a relaxed and welcoming vibe, encouraging everyone to kick back and enjoy the festivities.

The Food. True to its name, the Fajita Fiesta featured a mouth-watering array of fajitas. The sizzling platters came loaded with a choice of marinated steak, chicken, or shrimp, accompanied by sautéed peppers and onions. Freshly made tortillas, guacamole, salsa, and cheese allowed everyone to customize their fajitas to their liking.

The Activities. No fiesta is complete without fun activities, and this event was no exception. The evening kicked off with a fajita-making contest, which saw our team members showcasing their culinary skills with some impressive fajita creations, with awards for best beef fajita, best chicken fajita, best salsa, best queso and best open entry. Laughter filled the air as teams competed to win the title of "Fajita Master," judged by other members of the GHBA.

Team Bonding. The true essence of the day was the opportunity for team bonding. It was heartwarming to see the team interact outside the office, sharing stories and forming closer relationships. New members felt welcomed, and long-time employees rekindled friendships, all brought together by the festive spirit and communal joy of the event.

Looking Forward. As we wrapped up the day with full bellies and happy hearts, there was a unanimous feeling of appreciation for the event and for each other. The Fajita Fiesta wasn’t just about enjoying good food and fun activities; it was a celebration of our team's spirit and dedication.

We returned to the office the next day, rejuvenated and more connected than ever, ready to tackle the challenges ahead with renewed vigor and teamwork. Here’s to many more festive celebrations like this one! This festive gathering not only rewarded the team for their hard work but also strengthened our company culture, proving once again that a strong team is the backbone of any successful business. We're already looking forward to the next gathering!
